If you place an order before 12:00 noon (Copenhagen time) on weekdays, it will be dispatched the same day.


— Delivery

We offer free shipping in the EU on all orders. Shipping outside of EU costs 149 DKK.


All items are shipped with GLS (inside Europe) or DHL / UPS (outside Europe), and therefore you have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from its dispatch until its delivery.


Standard delivery time:

  • Denmark: 1-3 days
  • Rest of the world: 2-6 days


— Returns & exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges of Christmas gifts until 8th of January 2021. When buying a gift, remember to leave us a comment "Christmas Gift" when checking out. Otherwise, you have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 calendar days after delivery. Returns and exchanges are only possible if the item is returned in the same condition as when received.

When returning an item, please enclose your order number with your full name. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible after receiving your package. You will receive a confirmation via email once your return is processed.


We offer free returns and exchanges in the EU. However, we do not offer free returns outside of EU.


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please send us an email at and tell us the following:

  • Your order number
  • Which item(s) you want to return or exchange

You will then receive a pre-paid return label, which should be placed on your package. If possible, please use the original packaging when returning your item. Please enclose your order number and a note with your full name. Your package can be dropped off at the nearest GLS packstation (for orders within Europe) or handed to DHL (depending on the country).
