To receive a different size, style, or colour, please place a new order.

 

RETURNS: ORDERS WITHIN THE EU

People's Republic of Cashmere offers free returns on all orders over 900 DKK / 130 EUR within the EU with the GLS parcel service provider.

If you want to return your order, please contact us at hello@peoplesrepublicofcashmere.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. We will provide you with all the necessary steps within 1-2 business days. Afterwards, your package should be handed to GLS within 14 calendar days.

1. Pack the goods securely and if possible, please use the original packaging when returning your item.
2. Fill in the return slip and enclose it in the package. Make sure to fill out the return code carefully.

Returns are only possible if the item is returned in the same condition as when received. People’s Republic of Cashmere will not compensate for returned packages lost in shipping if a customer decides to use another courier from which we provide a return label.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible after receiving your package and within 8 business days. The amount for the item will be refunded to the same means of payment that was used when ordering. You will receive a confirmation via email once your return is processed, and you will be able to see the refund in your bank account or credit card statement up to 30 days after the refund is issued.

 

RETURNS: ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE EU

People's Republic of Cashmere does not offer free shipping nor returns outside of the EU.

If you want to return your order, please contact us at hello@peoplesrepublicofcashmere.com within 14 calendar days after delivery. Afterwards, your package should be handed to a parcel service provider within 7 calendar days.

1. Pack the goods securely and if possible, please use the original packaging when returning your item.
2. Fill in the return slip and enclose it in the package. Make sure to fill out the return code carefully.
3. Please inform the selected carrier that the return should go back to the original MRN (Movement Reference Number) / export document.

Returns are only possible if the item is returned in the same condition as when received. People’s Republic of Cashmere will not compensate for returned packages lost in shipping.
