The offer

The offer cannot be transferred, applied to previous purchases, or used in combination with any other offer or discount code. Please note that the following products are excluded: Cashmere Woven Scarves, Shampoo, PRC Tote Bag, PRC Gift Box, and Gift Card. This offer is available for a limited time only.


Delivery

All items are shipped by parcel post with DAO (only in Denmark), GLS (within the EU) or DHL/UPS/FedEx etc. (outside of the EU). You, therefore, can follow your package via track and trace from the time of shipping it until it is delivered.

*Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Issues such as payment authorisation and customs clearance may cause delays. During sale and promotion periods, delivery might take a little longer than the regular delivery time.


Exchanges

To receive a different size, style, or colour, please place a new order.


Returns

You can return your purchase within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery. Purchases made as gifts can be returned until January 16th 2025. Returns are only possible if the item is returned in the same condition as when received. You can read more about how to return an item here.
