PRC Repair Service - Shipping Fee

IS YOUR ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR?

While this service is currently only available within Denmark, inquiries regarding repair eligibility can be directed to hello@peoplesrepublicofcashmere.com. Please include an order number and a photo of the item for assessment before sending it in for repair, as irreparable damage may prevent us from proceeding.

Although exact yarn matches may not always be feasible, we will make every effort to achieve a close resemblance during the repair process. Your item will be restored to a better condition than received, preserving its utility and charm.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SHIPPING

When shipping your item, please clearly indicate the areas needing repair and ensure it is clean. Include a written note describing the damages and provide your preferred return address for seamless delivery. Retain proof of shipment for tracking purposes.

We pride ourselves on being able to return your cashmere as soon as possible after receiving it, depending on the nature of the repair.
