We recommend ordering early to ensure smooth delivery.

If you place an order before 13:00 (Copenhagen time) on a weekday, it will be dispatched the same day.

The last dates to order Christmas gifts with guaranteed delivery before Christmas:

• 20/12 – Denmark (DAOhome)
• 19/12 - Denmark (GLS, DAOshop)
• 18/12 - Non-EU countries (excluding Norway and the United Kingdom)
• 17/12 - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden
• 12/12 - Croatia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom
  
  

DELIVERY

All items are shipped via DAO (Denmark only), GLS (within the EU), or DHL/UPS/FedEx, etc. (outside the EU). You can track your package via track and trace from the moment it is shipped until it is delivered.

EXCHANGES

To receive a different size, style, or colour, please place a new order.


RETURNS

You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery. Purchases made as gifts can be returned until 16/01/2026. Returns are only accepted if items are in the same condition as when received. You can read more about how to return an item here.
