E-Commerce Lead
People’s Republic of Cashmere (PRC) is looking for a strategic and hands-on E-Commerce Lead to drive our digital growth and shape the next chapter of our online journey. You’ll take full ownership of our D2C performance, customer experience, and digital roadmap — working closely with our creative and brand team in Copenhagen.

YOUR ROLE
You’ll lead the growth of PRC’s fastest-growing channel, working closely with our CEO & Creative Director, brand team, and external partners. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact — ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative flair.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and own the global e-commerce and performance strategy, including budget and forecasting
- Oversee webshop performance, driving traffic, conversion, and retention
- Manage all e-commerce activities and daily operations, including site maintenance, product uploads and content updates
- Spearhead the development of our new website with external partners
- Plan and execute paid marketing strategies across Meta and Google Ads
- Optimise SEO performance and continuously improve site visibility
- Manage email and retention marketing through Klaviyo
- Coordinate logistics and inventory with our external warehouse and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Analyse and report on webshop performance and sales results, turning insights into actions
- Support the wider team with ad hoc projects and initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
You’re strategic, curious, and thrive in a fast-evolving environment. You understand how to balance storytelling with performance — and how to build scalable, tech-driven growth without losing authenticity.
WE IMAGINE THAT YOU HAVE
- 4–6 years’ e-commerce experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle or premium goods
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM and analytics
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar), Klaviyo, Meta/Google Ads
- Proven ability to build and optimise user journeys and conversion flows
- Eye for aesthetics and brand coherence — from copy to content
- A proactive, structured and collaborative approach
